Did Floyd Mayweather ever get knocked down?

The only time Floyd Mayweather suffered an official "knockdown" it was not by a punch, it was when he hurt his hand against Carlos Hernandez. The only real knockdown he suffered was by southpaw Zab Judah and the referee did not rule it a knockdown as he must have missed floyds glove touching down.
